Alexis is an experienced healthcare and medical aesthetics professional with a strong background in practice management, patient care operations, and team leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she graduated Cum Laude. With several years of experience across medical offices, dermatology, and aesthetic environments, Alexis has developed a well-rounded skill set in operations management, staff training, client experience, and administrative systems. Her foundation in healthcare allows her to effectively bridge the gap between clinical teams and front office operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for every client. In her role as Operations Manager at Tribe Med Spa, Alexis focuses on optimizing daily operations, supporting team performance, and implementing systems that drive efficiency, growth, and exceptional service. She is passionate about creating a structured, positive work environment while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism. Known for her attention to detail, leadership, and ability to streamline processes, Alexis plays a key role in supporting both the team and the continued success of Tribe Med Spa. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing an active, balanced lifestyle. She loves making memories with her young son, Landon, whether it’s beach days, park outings, or simply enjoying time together. She also spends time with her black lab, Beau, and values family, wellness, and creating meaningful experiences both personally and professionally.
