The Starter Protocol

The same monthly treatment and the same member pricing, over a shorter term. A reasonable place to start if you want to see the protocol work before committing to a full year.

The Rules of the Road
Everything before you sign
No surprises. If anything below is unclear, ask us at your consultation and we will put the answer in writing.
How long is the commitment?
Membership is a signed contract for either six or twelve months. The term begins on the date of your first payment. We will confirm the term in writing before you sign, and you keep a copy.
What does $199 a month include?
One treatment per calendar month — CO2, HIFU, a facial or a massage — plus member pricing on additional treatments and retail products. Your monthly treatment is booked in advance with your provider.
What is not included?
Botox units and filler syringes are excluded from the monthly treatment. Members receive member pricing on both, but neither can be taken as the included monthly treatment. Injectable pricing is per unit or per syringe and is quoted at consultation.
Do unused months roll over?
No. The monthly treatment is use-it-or-lose-it within the calendar month. This is why we book your next appointment before you leave the current one — an unbooked month is a wasted one.
What happens if I end the contract early?
A $1,000 early termination fee applies. The fee is the same whether you are on the six-month or the twelve-month term, and it is payable at the point of cancellation. We would much rather talk to you first — if the protocol is not working for you, tell us and we will look at changing it.
Can I pause or transfer my membership?
Talk to us. Pauses for medical reasons and for pregnancy are considered case by case, and any pause is agreed in writing. Memberships are not transferable to another person.
What happens at the end of the term?
Nothing automatically. We will contact you before your term ends to ask whether you want to renew, change term, or stop. Your membership does not roll over into a new fixed term without you agreeing to it.
