Hyperhidrosis is sweating well beyond what temperature or exertion calls for, most often at the underarms, palms or soles. It is common, it has nothing to do with hygiene, and it is genuinely disruptive to work and clothing.

Small injections into the affected area interrupt the signal to the sweat glands. It is the same product used for expression lines, placed differently and for an entirely different purpose.
