Submental fullness — the pocket under the chin — is stubbornly independent of body weight. Plenty of people at a weight they are happy with still have it, because where fat sits is largely a matter of genetics.
Two things can be going on and they need different treatment. If it is fat, it can be dissolved or reduced. If the skin under the jaw has lost its tension, tightening it is the answer and removing fat alone would make it worse.
Working out which one you have is the first appointment, not a guess made from a photograph.
